Customer Id/passport Details: Your guests are required to provide Id/passport details when making a reservation.

Customer Phone Number: Your guests are required to provide a phone number when making a reservation.

Age Limit: No age limit.

Damage Policy Options:

How do you collect the damage deposit? Collect the damage deposit in cash.

When do you collect the damage deposit from guests? Collection from guests is upon departure.

Non-Refundable Policy: The reservation is non-refundable. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation at any time, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. The guest is required to prepay the total price of the reservation at any time.

Policies for Children:

Children Allowed: Children of all ages are welcome.

Child Pricing: Children up to 2 years old can stay for free.

Children from 3 to 10 years old can stay for EUR 15.00 per child, per night.

Options for Additional Beds & Cribs: Children up to 2 years old stay for free when using an available crib.
